How to use :

10-20g twice daily preferably with a glass of milk or to be taken under medical supervision.

Dosage :

1-2 teaspoons (approximately 5-10 grams) of Patanjali Badam Pak twice a day.

or children aged 5-12 years, take half the adult dosage, i.e., 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (approximately 2.5-5 grams) twice a day.

Patanjali Badam Pak can be consumed directly or mixed with warm milk.

Consume Patanjali Badam Pak preferably in the morning and evening after meals for maximum benefits.
